We accept payment by eNets (www.enets.com.sg). All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Orders will be delivered after payment has been received and confirmed. Alternatively, please drop by our retail showcase store at Pathlight School.
SHIPPING
We are using Singpost for mailing your orders.
For items less than 2kg, delivery will be via Singpost's normal mail postage.
Pathlight Enterprise Unit will not be responsible for any loss or damage of products through normal mail.
Purchases that weigh 2kg and above will be sent via courier delivery as Singapore Post does not accept these for normal mail service.
Both local and international shipping is available.
Your orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days (for local shipping) and between 3-15 weeks (for international shipping) upon confirmation of order and clearance of payment. For more urgent orders you can contact us directly for a customised arrangement.

Unsuccessful Delivery
The following is the Singpost's policy for unsuccessful delivery, accurate at time of publishing. For latest policies please visit www.speedpost.com.sg
Addressee will be advised through a delivery notice left at the addressee’s premises to contact Singapore Post for further delivery arrangements.
Upon the customer’s request, a second delivery attempt will be made. The third and subsequent delivery attempts will be charged at SGD10 per attempt.
The package will be returned to Pathlight Mall after the 3rd working day from the date of acceptance of the package by SingPost, if there is no response from the addressee.
Restricted Areas
There is no service to Paya Lebar Airport (Communication Centre), Changi Airport (Transit and restricted areas only), offshore islands and such other areas as may be determined by Singapore Post from time to time. Please refer to the Speedpost website at www.speedpost.com.sg for detailed information.
There will be a collection & delivery surcharge of SGD10 to restricted areas which include; Changi Airfreight Centre (Airline Road), Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminals/Wharves (Tanjong Pager, Pasir Panjang), Brani NavalBase, Keppel, Sembawang (Deptford Road) and such other areas as may be determined by Singapore Post from time to time.
